REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unworn, unused, and
in the original condition and packaging that you received it in within 30 days of
purchase. Unfortunately, after 30 days, we are unable to process any returns or
exchanges.
Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that
we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will
automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 3 to 6 business
days, for the value of the item returned and any applicable taxes associated with
the item.
Please note, customers will be responsible for covering the shipping cost of
returned items. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE. If you are shipping an
item over $75, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing
shipping insurance.
DESIGNER BUD does not guarantee and will not be held responsible if we do not
receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the duration of time it
takes for an exchanged product to reach a customer may vary.
